“Girls compete with each other, women empower one another” said by an unknown person. This quote is trying to say that as young women we are supposed to stand up for one another not putting them down. An Empowerment club is to show the confidence that you are hiding, girls have tend to keep this negativity and hide who they truly are. Now in society girls need to embrace themselves and not let the negative comments get to them.

High School consist of 4 years, suppose you do everything right, but is that last year worth it if you know that you can take a pass and go to college?
Many can disagree because we all are different and have individual pathways, but it’s possible and may be the better option of whatever you are trying to achieve as your career. This can allow apprenticeships, college classes, or even business to form.

On September 15, 2017, club rush occurred meaning that it was the official commencement of Samueli’s student organizations. Clubs were promoting themselves, their goals and peaked the interests of many students. There were tables filled with members and their main poster board. Smiles and squeals came from both students signing up and members near the tables with colorful boards that included pictures, and examples of what occurs during meetings. Poetry club members spewed some awesome poems, Geek Up members dressed in cosplay while Food club offered cookies. In other words, club rush was a big hit.
