As said by Shelly Lewis, who is part of a drug recovery project, 12 Step Planet, “Addiction is a family disease… One person may use, but the whole family suffers.” Drug abuse affects more than just an individual, including their friends and families, by corrupting their lives, and bringing them into an exhausting situation that they may not be able to get out of.

Ryan Kahn, career coach and television personality, has said, “Content is fire, social media is gasoline.” It could be said that social media leads to issues like drama, decrease in self-esteem, and so on, but is this what we really see? Mike understands, like so many other people, how important sports are to youth and adults. Organized sports may involve much pressure, but they build character and keep youth in shape. Some people consider sports too intense and not worth the risk. Parents and student athletes need to know what youth sports are all about and be aware of the issues and benefits sports supply, so that they consider every aspect before committing to participation..

There have been quite a few teen shootings that people say are caused by violent video games. There are many kids, teens, and adults, who play these video games on a daily basis.
